Heidi Stout
President of Coder On Call Inc., CPC, COSC
Heidi Stout has over 35 years experience in orthopaedic surgical coding. Prior to starting Coder on Call, Inc., she was coding and reimbursement manager for a prestigious New Jersey orthopaedic practice for over 25 years and is presently the Director of Orthopaedic Codng Services for The Coding Network, LLC. She is the consulting editor to Orthopaedic Coding Alert, a publication of the AAPC, and served as a member of the AAPC committee tasked with developing the Certified Orthopaedic Surgery Coder (COSC) exam. Heidi is a former expert panelist for Codingline and former member of the software development and beta test team for Provation Medical. Heidi is a member of the Monmouth, NJ local chapter of the AAPC.
Pamela Brennan
CPC, COSC
Pamela has over 20 years of surgical coding experience. For many years, she was the surgical coding manager of a multi-practice and multi-specialty Billing and Reimbursement company. She has experience in training physicians in the proper coding guidelines as well as training staff on coding updates and practices. She is a member of the Reading, PA chapter of the AAPC. Today, she specializes in Orthopaedics and is an Orthopaedic Surgical Coder and External Auditor for the Coding Network, LLC as well as an outside consultant for Billing and Revenue companies.
Pamela Keeler
CPC, COSC, CEMC, CGIC
Pamela Keeler began her coding career 25 years ago and has 20 years of experience in coding Orthopaedic Surgery. She worked 13 years for a top Orthopaedic/Pain management group in Louisiana and is now employed with one of the top 5 hospital systems in Oklahoma. In addition to being a certified Orthopaedic surgery coder (COSC) she is also certified in E/M coding (CEMC), and in Gastroenterology Coding (CGIC) and has several years of experience in coding General Surgery.
